For purposes of limiting the governmental control of the plant as it has been grossly mismanaged and has been used as a tool  illegally against the people of the United States as well as surrounding countries which has greatly restricted technological progress of the nation and the world as a whole due to it having been banned as an industrial product.

This revenue can be now used for the community.

The problems and issues concerning cannabis has plagued this nation, it has hindered the progress of the nation and the planet as a whole, and has aided in the destruction of countless lives around the world.

The criminalization of cannabis by all rights and purposes should have never been outlawed in the first place. The processes of making it legal will not be complete until the state, goverment, and city official find a way to make money from the people and processes that they themselves are not involved in and have nothing to do with with much money being pocketed

The crime which was produced by making cannabis illegal and not allowing jobs, will continue to grow after legalization as the many minorities will be hindered from participating in this explosive industry.

The United Cannabis Coalition is an organization which uses some of those monies to be active in the development of communities,

As much as possible should cannabis be taken from the hands of any governmental, state, local offices that have in the past abused it for. The future holds new avenues for abuse and financial theft in the form of certain licenses, taxes, strains, etc… These monies should go directly to the benefit of the communities and the people whom have suffered due to the unlawful practices as well as cultivation and such.
