Citizens should not be denied clean water, food or other necessities to survive or rebuild after natural or other disaster events based on the idiocies of human separation.

Storage, sharing and exchanging of non negatively altered foods between people, communities and nations. These food should be grown and free of genetic and chemical alterations and safely stored until needed and/or be exchanged for other food from other regions or nations as long as they abide by Anubian Consumables Safety Laws.

Unstored foods go to market, exchange, consumer canning or dehydration, animal feed, scientific developments.
