Headed by  High Court, which includes the Tikomoran (representatives) the Senate and the Elders (judges). The main task of these three bodies is to make the laws. Tikomoran powers include passing laws, originating spending bills etc… The Senate powers impeaching officials, and approving treaties. The Elders powers include interpreting the Constitution, reviewing laws, and deciding cases involving states’ rights, social justice, foreign affairs, law enforcement policy, land policies.
